A vote was approved by the Boca Bay Board of Directors to take the initial actions for repairing our mailboxes.
Springs and flags for repairs to all Boca Bay mailboxes were purchased and paid for by our reserve HOA funds. This did NOT result in an additional assessment.
The spings and hinges were replaced on Saturday, 9/3.
If your mailbox is in need of additional repair and/or painting, you will be able to arrange for scheduling and payment directly with the Beautiful Mailbox Co. at 305-403-4820.
